As we enter the holiday season, it seems that 2025 flew by. Reflecting on the year, the Stone World team accomplished quite a bit. We attended trade shows and other industry events where we connected with longtime friends, reconnected with industry members we had not seen in a while and made new acquaintances. We visited many fabrication shops – sharing their stories – and covered topics that we hope our audience feels were relevant and beneficial to them.

As we close out the year, we would like to thank our two regular contributing writers – Anthony Milia of Milia Marketing and industry veteran Paul Max Le Pera – who both share their knowledge on business best practices, technological advancements and other valuable insights. We look forward to what they have to share in the coming year.

Moreover, this year, two serious topics affecting the stone industry – silica regulations and tariffs on products coming from Brazil and India -- brought up many discussions. We hope we were, and continue to be, a source of information for you. We work with leading industry associations to stay abreast of the latest developments.
